Maybe a scam

This only opens up a dark browser for google, Facebook, or Twitter. But the thing to consider is that you then enter user names/passwords into this strange, dark, browser which also has Chinese writing around it. I just dont trust it as it might just be a way for this app to capture your passwords. Plus the whole point of the app which is to reduce blue light on all screens doesnt even work.
